The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has asked the applicants, who have submitted their online forms under the scholarship scheme “Indigenous 5000 PhD Fellowship” Batch-VII, to fill incomplete and missing mandatory information by September 10, 2011 so that their applications could be considered for preparation of merit list.
